Happy Ice Cream Day!
1. Create your ice cream cone outlines. We made diagonal lines on our cones and then made circles on top of the cones to create the outlines for the ice cream scoops
2. Mix shaving cream, one spoonful of white glue, and paint or food coloring for the puffy paint ice cream
3. Using a spoon, make circular motions to apply the puffy paint ice cream where you drew your circles
4. Don’t forget sprinkles or glitter and a cherry on top!
